Exercise is key to a healthy heart

💪 The importance of exercise in reducing cardiovascular risk.

Walking at least 30 minutes a day can significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Exercise helps strengthen the heart muscle, improve circulation, and lower blood pressure. It also promotes healthy cholesterol and blood glucose levels.

Starting with simple exercises like walking, cycling, or yoga is a great way to begin taking care of your heart. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before beginning any physical routine.

Tip: Try incorporating physical activity into your daily routine, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to work, or taking active breaks throughout the day.
