🌿 Natural Focus:
Hydration powers everything—energy, focus, digestion, kidney function, skin, and even oral health. Start simple: drink 12–16 oz (350–500 ml) of water upon waking, carry a reusable bottle, and sip steadily through the day. Add hydrating foods (cucumber, watermelon, oranges, tomatoes) and consider a light electrolyte boost (a squeeze of lemon and a small pinch of mineral salt) after sweating or workouts. Use urine color as a guide: aim for pale-straw. Limit dehydrators (alcohol, excess caffeine, super-salty snacks). Needs vary by body size, climate, and activity—listen to your thirst, and if you’re on fluid/sodium restrictions or have heart/kidney conditions, follow your clinician’s advice.

✅ Tip of the day: Pre-fill a 2-liter (or your personal goal) bottle each morning and finish it by dinner. Set two phone reminders (midday and mid-afternoon) to keep you on track.

🙏 Spiritual Focus:
📖 “Whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never thirst.” — John 4:14
Let every sip remind you to seek the Living Water that refreshes body and soul.

🕊️ Prayer suggestion: “Lord, thank You for the gift of water. Help me care for my body with wise, steady habits, and keep my heart anchored in You.”
