Happy New Year! This month we will discuss some easy-to-keep New Year’s resolutions to improve your health.

1. Control your portions: Reduce the size of your plates to avoid overeating.

2. Reduce your salt intake: Limit your consumption to less than 1500 mg a day.

3. Keep being active: 30 minutes of exercise a day.

4. Eat more antioxidants: Helps reduce the risk of diseases.

5. Cut your stress: Find relaxing activities that can improve your well-being.

Setting clear and achievable health goals can be a great way to start the year off on the right foot. Remember that small and sustainable changes are more effective than drastic transformations.
