Bone health is essential for healthy aging.

Tips for keeping bones strong:

  • Consume foods rich in calcium and vitamin D, such as dairy, fish, and leafy green vegetables.
  • Engage in resistance exercises, such as walking and weight lifting, which help strengthen bones.
  • Avoid excessive alcohol consumption and smoking, as these habits can weaken bones.
  • Maintain your bone density with regular check-ups to detect potential issues.
