Frequent Dizziness Can Be More Than Standing Up Too Fast

Dizziness can happen from dehydration, standing suddenly, or missing a meal. But recurring dizziness may also be associated with blood pressure changes, medications, inner-ear problems, anemia, heart rhythm issues, or other conditions.

Tip of the Day:
Notice what you are doing when dizziness begins and whether it comes with fainting, chest pain, weakness, severe headache, trouble speaking, or balance problems.

Spiritual Focus:
“Wisdom is the principal thing.” — Proverbs 4:7

Prayer Suggestion:
Ask God for wisdom to recognize recurring symptoms and seek the right guidance instead of simply adapting to them.
