Bruises are common after bumps or injuries, and some medications can make bruising easier. But frequent bruising without an obvious reason may sometimes deserve further evaluation.

Tip of the Day:
Pay attention to bruises that appear often, become unusually large, or occur along with frequent bleeding, weakness, or other unexplained symptoms.

Spiritual Focus:
“The prudent give thought to their steps.” — Proverbs 14:15

Prayer Suggestion:
Ask God for discernment to recognize when something unusual deserves attention.
