Cleaning a classroom should not mean filling it with chemical mist. Sprays can release volatile chemicals and aerosols that irritate the eyes and respiratory tract, especially when ventilation is poor. Children with asthma or other respiratory problems can be particularly affected.
Avoid spraying cleaning products around children. Ventilate the room and choose lower-emission products when effective alternatives are available.
